Distributive Leadership

Students in class had the opportunity to be student agents through a distributive leadership exercise.

Groups of students studied various sustainability topics, through discussions with their groups they became experts.

Students then split in different groups.

Each student became a leader to teach others about what they had learnt, and share their understandings.
