Room 16's Assembly

Room 16 have been working tirelessly on perfecting their assembly.  What makes this assembly so special to me is that it highlights the growth, confidence and the students learning since the beginning of Term 2.

I am so proud of all their efforts.

A very special thank you to all those parents and teachers that supported us. For listening to "No place like home", day after day, week after week. For listening and practicing lines with their children. To Kathryn for hot-gluing feathers to wings Friday morning. And, to Eva & Daniel for managing to whip up a homemade "buff" costume and a pounamu toiki the day before the event! I can tell you that the detail was astonishing. No small task. I feel honored to be apart of such a supportive Marina View School community.

I have tried to capture special moments to share with you - photos both before, during and after the assembly and a short video, I hope that you enjoy them.

Kindest Regards, Mrs Kellie
